1. Information We Collect
Account information can include name, email, phone number, role, language preference, Shookio ID, and authentication information handled through our auth provider.
Company information can include company name, company contact details, service area, business profile details, and team or member records.
Worker information can include profile details, company membership, Shookio ID, job assignments, time card records, comments, and status updates.
Job and customer information can include customer names, phone numbers, emails, job addresses, job descriptions, appointment times, work orders, estimates, invoices, bookings, customer sign-offs, and signature records.
App usage and technical information can include login and session data, device or browser information, error logs, security-related logs, and general usage data needed to run and improve Shookio.
2. How We Use Information
Shookio uses information to create and manage accounts, connect companies and workers, show jobs and schedules, track time cards and breaks, store job notes and comments, manage tools and fleet records, create estimates, invoices, bookings, and sign-offs, send app notifications, provide support, protect the app from misuse, improve Shookio, and handle billing or subscriptions when billing is enabled.
3. How Information Is Shared
Company users can see worker, job, team, time card, tool, fleet, estimate, invoice, booking, and sign-off information connected to their company account.
Workers can see the information needed for their assigned jobs, schedules, time cards, tools, fleet, and team activity.
Customer and job information is shared inside the company account where it belongs. Shookio may also use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, email, storage, payments, analytics, or support.
Shookio may share information when required by law, for security or fraud prevention, or to protect users. Shookio does not sell personal information to advertisers.
4. Customer Information
Companies are responsible for entering customer information lawfully. Shookio stores that information so the company can manage jobs, invoices, estimates, bookings, and sign-offs.
5. Worker and Company Relationship
When a worker joins a company in Shookio, that company can see work-related information tied to that worker's company activity. If a worker leaves a company, historical job, time card, comment, tool, fleet, and sign-off records may remain available to the company for business records.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No app, website, or database can be guaranteed 100% secure. Users should protect their passwords and contact us if they believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Safeguards may include authentication, access controls, role-based permissions, secure hosting, HTTPS where applicable, and database security controls.
7. Data Retention
Shookio keeps information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal or security needs, resolve disputes, and support account history. Users can contact Shookio about account deletion or data questions.
8. User Choices
Users can update profile information, change available settings, leave a company if they are a worker, request account deletion if supported, and contact Shookio with privacy questions.
9. Children

10. Changes
Shookio may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date on this page.
