Shookio logo and an offer for Western New York cleaning business owners: 3 months FREE, cancel anytime. Organize jobs, schedules, teams and invoices.

You finish cleaning one house, check your phone, and find three more things to handle. A customer wants to move next week's visit. Someone else needs a price for a deep clean. Your helper wants to know where the next job is.

The cleaning is only part of running a cleaning business. There is also the schedule, the customer information, the crew, and the paperwork waiting when you get home.

I'm Louie, the founder of Shookio. I'm local to Western New York, and I built Shookio to help small service businesses keep those moving parts together. We're inviting local house-cleaning businesses to try a Shookio service-business plan free for 3 months and tell us what helps, what feels confusing, and what could work better.

One place to see the work ahead

If you clean homes in Buffalo, Lockport, Amherst, Niagara Falls, or nearby towns, your day might include a regular visit, a move-out clean, and a new customer who needs an estimate. Keeping everything in separate messages makes it easy to lose track of a detail.

Shookio brings jobs and scheduling into one workspace. You can create a cleaning job, add its details, choose a date and time, and assign the people doing the work. Your team can check assigned jobs and job details from their phones.

For example, a job note could say, “Deep clean the kitchen and bathrooms. The oven is included; interior windows are not.” That gives your crew something specific to check before starting.

How Shookio can help a cleaning business

Organize repeat visits

Use recurring jobs to keep repeat work on the schedule. Weekly and every-other-week cleaning customers should be easier to keep track of as your calendar fills up.

Keep your team informed

Assign jobs and keep the address, work details, and comments with the job. Workers can see what they are responsible for and update job status.

Collect booking requests

Share your public booking link so customers can request a cleaning visit. You review the request before approving it. An approved request becomes a job.

Handle estimates and invoices

Create estimates for work such as deep cleans or move-out cleans, then manage invoices alongside your other business tasks.

Shookio also includes time cards, so a crew has a place to record work hours. You can start with the parts you need today and add more of the workflow as you become comfortable.

Make it easier for customers to request a cleaning

You can put your Shookio booking link on your Facebook page, share it in a text, or add it to your business website. Customers use it to send their information and request a service.

A request is not an automatically confirmed appointment. You still review the work and decide whether to approve it. That matters when a deep clean needs more time than a regular visit or when you need to ask a customer a question first.

See how Shookio booking profiles and customer requests work.

Let customers pay through Stripe

Finishing a cleaning job also means getting paid. Shookio connects with Stripe so your business can accept customer card payments through Shookio.

Connect your business’s Stripe account, then give customers a way to pay in person with a QR code or send them a payment link by email. A customer can scan the code or open the link to complete their payment. You can view receipts from paid jobs in Shookio.

For a house cleaner, that could mean showing a customer a QR code after a deep clean or emailing a payment link when the customer is away. It gives them a clear next step once the work is done.

The three-month offer covers your Shookio subscription trial. Stripe payment-processing fees still apply when you accept customer payments.

A simple example of a cleaning day

Imagine a two-person cleaning business with a regular visit in Lockport in the morning and a move-out clean in Amherst in the afternoon.

  1. Before leaving: check the day's jobs, addresses, and assigned workers.
  2. At the house: open the job notes and check what the customer requested.
  3. As work moves along: update the job status and keep relevant comments with the job.
  4. After the visit: handle the invoice, offer a Stripe payment link or QR code, and check upcoming repeat work.

You still run the business and make the decisions. Shookio gives you a shared place to keep the information.

We want feedback from people doing the work

A cleaning business owner can tell us things a feature list cannot. Is the schedule easy to read between houses? Can a new worker find the job details? Does creating an invoice take more steps than it should?

During your trial, use Shookio for real work and tell us what you notice. Tell us what works and what slows you down. Your feedback can help us decide what to improve.

On the offer form, tell us what you want to improve. Maybe you need to organize repeat visits, stop losing job information in messages, or give your crew a clearer schedule. That gives us a useful place to start.

Also useful for other small service businesses

This invitation is not limited to house cleaners. If you run a lawn-care, snow-removal, power-washing, painting, gutter-cleaning, or handyman business, many of the same tools can help you organize work.

The service changes, but you still need to know what is booked, who is going, what the customer asked for, and which invoices need attention. Tell us about your work when requesting the offer.

How to get your 3 free months

  1. Visit the fall offer page. Tell us about your business, services, crew size, and goals.
  2. Choose the service-business plan you want to try. Solo, Starter, Crew, and Pro Crew are available on the offer form.
  3. Watch for an email. We'll review your request and send your special signup link.
  4. Use that link to activate the offer. Check the trial dates and the price after the free period before completing signup.

Use the special offer link we email you. The regular signup page advertises the standard 14-day trial; requesting this offer is how you get the three-month promotion.

You can cancel anytime. A card is required when you activate the trial, and your chosen plan's regular subscription price applies after the three free months unless you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid subscription charges. Review the full terms at signup.
